I bother this question in that I did De facto well on the calorie shifting diet and with NOT a single day of exercise lost about 26 pounds in 30 days. From the feedback I'm getting this isn't average and its closer to approximately 15-20 lbs in 30 days for other people. Obviously 15-20 pounds in a month is Monumental for JUST dieting and no exercise. The persons that are exercising are losing closer to 15-25 and have memories as you manipulate you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat!
