Protein, Calcium, Carbs, and Fats Part 2 of 2 Parts
I apperceive - lots of this is mind-boggling. It"s dependable not what we"ve been taught all of our lives. Keep an open mind and tip-toe into this just out territory with me.

1. "If you don"t drink milk or eat cheese, where do you predispose your calcium?"

=>Answer: All carbohydrates are not created equally. There are pleasant carbs and bad carbs. Ace carbs are sourced by whole, unrefined plant foods, as in fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes, the best-for-you foods.
The congenial carbs you ate yesterday dish out you the fuel for your reason and your compel today. (No, protein doesn"t give us energy.)
Bad carbs are sourced by filtered plant foods, such as white sugar and ashen flour products - breads, cookies, pastries, doughnuts, bagels, cake, candy, desserts, soft drinks, store-bought drinks, and lousy with processed, packaged foods. Too diverse calories from bad carbs are changed into fat that adds to your fat.
3. "But isn"t olive oil a exceptional fat?"
=>Answer #1: Your body makes nearly all the fats it needs, with apart two exceptions which are sourced by a disparateness of plant foods. Therefore, it serves no destination whatsoever to add else fat to the ready-made fat, chiefly highly concentrated, refined oils that come without any nutrition.
